Each Small Group Leader will be responsible for holding and leading a pod of 7-8 assigned students throughout Relationship Coach Training and responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on submitted homework assignments. These leaders support the integrity and quality of our Present Centered Relationship Coaching (PCRC) approach and Present Centered Couples Coaching (PCCC). Each small group will meet bi-weekly (meeting times determined as a group; attendance required). Small Group Leaders will also offer each of the students in their small group a monthly check-in call to ensure they are on track for graduation and that they feel supported in their learning and growth. Each Small Group Leader will be supported by a Small Group Leader Assistant. This position will be compensated based on your experience level and you will gain 10 CCEs.
